I whipped this up in a few hours today. I tried to capture the feel of a recurring dream I used to have, about flowing along in a deep, slow river while otters made their way to an underwater kingdom.

I would really like some constructive criticism, so please let me know you have any suggestions! Thanks. :)

That is beautiful, really beautiful. The colours, the darkness of the water...it really makes you feel like you're actually there, watching these otters swim away from you. :heart: It also kind of reminds me of the Pines of Rome scene in Fantasia 2000, with the flying whales.

There's one otter that I think has a rather...large throat. It's on the right side, towards the middle of the page, on it's back (I think).

Other than that, I can't wait to see it finished. ^_^

Gorgeous!!! ^_^ Very beautiful and captivating. I think you set the mood and captured the image perfectly! =] Can't see anything wrong with it really, but I'm not an artist =p. I looove the different shades of colors, especially the pretty green near the bottom middle. It caught my attention first, also because that otter is looking at you. =P Anyways. Totally loved!

I used this little beastie as a reference for the upside-down otter. I think his throat sticks out a bit because of the angle of his head, but maybe I should change it in my picture anyway. Just to make it look less weird. :)
